These services encompass various options, including supported housing with personal care, supported housing and housing management, as well as community-based floating support.
The level of care and support we provide is tailored to the specific requirements of each person. For some, a few hours of support per week may be sufficient, focusing on personal skills development, building confidence, and managing mental health needs as they progress towards independence. For others, round-the-clock dedicated personal care and support may be necessary.
We strongly believe in the power of peer support and actively encourage it whenever possible. By fostering a sense of mutual support and creating a shared journey, individuals are empowered to make positive changes and learn together. Peer support acts as a catalyst for personal growth and provides a nurturing environment for individuals to build resilience and overcome challenges.
